The main process of groundnut oil expeller machine :

1.Cleaning

In order to obtain high effective cleaning, ensure good work condition and production stability, high efficient

vibration screen was used in the process to separate big and small impurity. Suction type gravity stoner removing

2.Cleaning

3.Softening

4.Flaking

5.Cooking

Put the material into the toaster,the mixing blade is with continuous turning driven by the reducer.

The toaster is with interlayer design, heating media is hot conducting oil or steam, thus keep

the flaking temperature stable.

6.Pressing This is the oil out process, the soybean flake will be sent to oil press machine through the screw conveyor.

After pressing, we can get the crude cottoen oil.
